If you are looking for legal advice, but cannot afford to hire an attorney or pay for any legal services, please visit our State Resources page and select your state from the menu. When you land on your state’s page you will find a list of organizations that may be able to help you with your divorce. You also will find links to your state’s divorce laws and legal forms, which you may be able to access online and immediately download. Also go to your local courthouse and speak to the self-help center staff, family law clerk, and law librarian. These staff members are a wealth of information and can often help you prepare the legal documents you need. They cannot give legal advice, but they may be able to help you find the person who can. Don’t ignore these valuable resources.

If you would like to learn more about one-on-one and group divorce coaching programs, divorce consulting, legal representation, classes, workshops, and luxury divorce retreats, call us: (415) 322-9061

We look forward to hearing from you!
