A Silver Lining in Divorce?

If you are in the midst of divorce it may be hard to believe, but there is a bright side to divorce. Getting divorced opens a world of new possibilities that can lead to a life of brilliance – if, of course, you seize the opportunity. If you make peace with your losses, restore your soul’s wholeness, and embark on a new journey, anything is possible. Here are the top five things I know you can do in the wake of divorce.

1. Discover strength within you never knew existed

2. Understand and embrace the real you

3. Create the life you’ve always dreamed of or never dreamed possible

4. Become your own best friend

5. Fall in love again and experience the deliciousness of that first touch, soft kiss, and romantic adventure

Embrace your future. It can behold a beauty you never knew existed.

Nice tips, Helen! A woman going through a divorce is pretty tough so it’s advisable to be with your friends or family during this trying time. Seeking comfort from others can ease your pain and loneliness. You become more empowered as you are surrounded by people who love and understand you.

Good advice but hard to take in at the moment. Getting divorced after 37 years of marriage. I know it will be good eventually but so many “what if’s” to deal with right now. My daughter is my support, wouldn’t make it without her.
