Divorce News around the World and on the Web
It appears to be a quiet week in the divorce news world…
Telegraph.co.uk reports that Monty Python’s leading man John Cleese is complaining about paying his 28 year old soon to be ex-wife £900,000 a year while they battle out their divorce. Aheeemmm…apparently this is his third divorce…helllooo…with two divorces under your belt why the heck wouldn’t you sign a prenuptial agreement before the third marriage? What do you think? Hopeless romantic or just plain dumb? (ps. his wife is probably 30 years his junior and he sure doesn’t rank up there with the likes of someone like Sir Sean Connery in the charisma department!)

I guess some people never really learn their lessons! If you want to be nice, you could say he’s an eternal optimist. Realistically, I’d say he’s either just dumb or completely and totally naive.

Tricky isn’t it, believe in love or believe in money? Besides which I don’t think that prenups here in the UK are quite as binding as they are in the States.
