He does not pay the mortgage and wants to foreclose the house, now he said he wants to short sale it. chnages his plan every few minutes how do I handle this and how I can I expeidte it.I am laid off and we both made good income until 2007, in 2008, he changed his business style and showed he made no money. cashed alot of my busniess loan in 2007 and 2008. how do i retreive it back? I want this divorce today what do i do?
