In the heat of divorce it’s easy to yell “I’ll see you in court!” It’s also easy to envision a judge reprimanding your husband and declaring you the winner of your legal battle. What isn’t so easy, is stomaching the seemingly never ending legal bills and emotional pain created by litigation. So, before you declare civil war, consider all possible costs to determine whether it’s worth the price you’ll pay.
