If you have children, talk to your husband about your summer custody and visitation schedule, travel plans and camp or daycare costs. If necessary, also speak with your lawyer about drafting a legally binding agreement or obtaining a court order that establishes your summer schedule, approves any out of state travel plans, allocates expenses and addresses all other relevant issues.
